On 20th to 22nd March 2018 in Sofia was held the TCI Network Global Conference – TCI European Conference 2018 \u201cTurning Challenges into Opportunities through clusters in Eastern Europe\u201d.<\/p>\n
TCI is a leading global network of organizations and practitioners with deep knowledge in the area of clusters and competitiveness that collaborate in one open, flexible and practical context, in order to develop the practices of competitiveness, innovation and cluster growth. Through its activities, TCI reaches over 9 000 practitioners from development agencies, governmental departments, cluster organizations, academic institutions, companies and different organizations in more than 110 countries.<\/p>\n
Guest-speaker of the event was the chairman of ICT Cluster-Burgas, Petko Georgiev, and the theme of his lecture was \u2013 \u201cICT opportunities in Burgas\u201d.<\/p>\n
Another speaker at the event was the president Rosen Plevenliev. Southeast Europe becomes more and more active part of the European cluster community. Bulgaria also became an active participant by hosting the European Conference.<\/p>\n
