The chairman of the NPO \u201cSoutheast Digital Innovation Hub\u201d took part in a focus group with representatives of the research community and the business circle in Bulgaria. In execution of a joint initiative of the \u201cApplied Research and Communications\u201d foundation with the Ministry of Economy on the preparation of a concept for smart specialization of Bulgaria for the next scheduled period 2021-2027.<\/p>\n

The goal was to establish the existing attitude regarding the technological and economic profiling in the country and the results of the currently carried out policy of smart specialization.<\/p>\n

The participation in the focus group provided an opportunity to address our proposals and ideas for the preparation of policies in this area during the next scheduled period.<\/p>\n

The focus group is organized with the financial support of the Operational Programme \u201cGood Governance\u201d, co-financed by the European Union through the European Social Fund, under the project \u201cEfficient and transparent policy for smart specialization of Bulgaria 2021-2027\u201d.<\/p>\n
